Marshall Milton Keynes had just one athlete at the Highgate Night of the 10000m PBs. Lara Bromilow had not had the best run-up to the meeting after going down with a two-week bout of covid following the London Marathon, but she was determined to take part in one of the sports most spectacular events.
She ran in the Women’s B Race, completing the run in 38:22.20 for 34th place, more than 2.5 minutes down on her PB set last year.
