James Tuttle and Zak Freeland ran in the British Milers’ Club Grand Prix Meeting at Loughborough (A World Athletics Continental Tour level event). In the 1500m, Zak went under 3:50 for the first time, while James tackling a first track 5000m for 11 months struggled in the hot conditions.
