D’mitri Varlack and Ayesha Jones pick up their England Athletics kit
Marshall Milton Keynes is the only English club to have two representatives at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad and Tobago from 4-11 August. The above picture shows the pair in their England Athletics kit
Both athletes represented England Schools in the Home Countries’ International in Grangemouth at the weekend and both suffered rare defeats. In the Long Jump, D’mitri jumped 6.86m to finish third behind two Scottish jumpers while Ayesha threw the javelin 47.35m only to lose out by 8cm to her English teammate.
