1711 runners completed the 10km circuit around the Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit, including 15 from Marshall Milton Keynes. Steve Tuttle, two days after finishing second in the Milton Keynes Marathon, was the first MMK man home in 29th place. Ollie Badger, Felix Moorehouse and Martin Brent were high up in their age categories, and there were podium positions for Debra Brent and David Newens, The Senior Men finished fifth overall.
The race was the first race in the East Midlands Grand Prix Series of eight midweek road races.
