In the 1500m, Sam Wright improved by more than 5 seconds, Alex Vout more than two seconds, Jasper Potter by more than four seconds and Katherine Sinnott by more than 6 seconds. Charlotte Munro missed hers by a whisker.
In the 3000m, Jack Murray improved by more than 5 seconds and Kian Nicholson by more than six seconds. Daniel Lindesay, Libby and Natasha Freeland just missed their personal bests.
