August 19: More PBs at Watford
Nine MMK athletes attened the latest Watford Open Meeting on a cooler evening, and seven returned with new personal bests. Harry Lawley improved his best by more than five seconds, while Tabitha Bosley improved hers by 3.6 seconds. Ed Vout made a 1.7 second improvement, while Charlotte Munro and Isla Gadsby made smaller improvements. Kash Akinbohun had two personal bests, while Maddie Pearce missed her club record by less than a second.
