Three MMK runners completed the Great North Run from Newcastle to South Shields alongside more than 60,000 other runners.
The half marathon course includes a sharp downhill section to the seafront about a mile from the finish.
Ross Paradowski was just 55 seconds outside his best. It was Daisy Wooller’s quickest half marathon for two years.
Unfortunately, times from this event do not count for Ranking purposes as there is a significant distance between the start and finish and a significant drop in height.
