September 5: One Stadium Record and 115 pbs at the MK Sprint Series 3 – Season Finale at Stantonbury
The 2026 third and final MK Sprint Series Season Finale was held at Stantonbury on a blustery day, with a helpful wind to push sprinters to new heights. There were 115 personal bests equalled or bettered.
The Men’s 100m Stantonbury Stadium Record of 10.6, held by MMK’s Scott Herbert (1993) and Belgrave’s Geoff Dearman (1998), was beaten by Cambridge and Coleridge’s Sam Clarke with a time of 10.48, admittedly, with a strong folloeing wind.
Thanks to all the officials and helpers who made this event possible.
