May 12: Leo Freeland moves to fourth in the MMK 1500m all-time rankings
Leo Freeland, representing Wingate University, had one last chance to qualify for the Division 2 National Finals at the end of May, at a “Last Chance” meeting in Azusa, California.
Competing in the quickest 1500m heat he reduced his lifetime best, set two weeks earlier, by a further 0.36 seconds, recording 3:47.69, to go fourth on the MMK All-time Senior Rankings.
Sadly the time will not be quite enough to make the National Finals.
