Twelve MMK athletes competed in the latest Watford Open Meeting, with seven gaining new personal bests on a “perfect” evening. The biggest improver was Olive Geary who reduced her pb by 8 seconds, with Thomas Roberts and Daniel Southgate reducing theirs by four seconds.
