ByMick Bromilow

Shenley Striders’ Bob Thompson, winner of the February Kanter, won again, setting a new personal best. Early starter, Tina Morris, held on for second place ahead of Danny Simmons, with Karen Tincknell fourth and Abi Gooch fifth.

The quickest male times were by James Lloyd-Knibbs (14:12), Karl Saunders (15:24) and Tim Inchley (15:39), while the top three females were Abi Gooch (17:16), Hannah Lloyd-Knibbs (17:30) and Alexa Gooch (18:23).
