January 19: John Skelton runs UK M70 Best at Folksworth
Seven MMK runners contested the Folkworth 15 mile race in Cambridgeshire, with six setting new personal bests. The only one who didn’t, John Skelton, ran the fastest recorded 15 mile run by an M70 in the UK, almost four minutes quicker than the previous best.
Wendy Webber was the first MMK runner to finish in 33rd place, closely followed by Michael Kerrigan. Wendy was the eighth woman and first F45 to finish. Linsey Ryall was the first F40.
The pictures above show the category winners Linsey Ryall and Wendy Webber.
